The authors concluded that their study provided strong evidence that higher conformity with the Mediterranean dietary pattern is associated with lower all-cause and cause-specific mortality.

This is a big news for me. Actually, I don't really want to live longer but healthier. So I searched online for what Mediterranean diet is? Then, I got a pyramid, indicates the detail in a picture, it is very useful and memorable. To look through the pyramid below:

We need meat just once a month for healthy life. That attracted me a lot. For those cardiac-vascular disease patients, which are caused by meat and related fat, a Mediterranean-style diet is suggested by @

Hello. This is an interesting and very true finding. I think it's so much healthier to follow the mediterranean diet. I live in america and find that many people who live in the states, eat way too much saturated fat, which causes them major health problems later on.
