It is mind-boggling how stabbed can occur to this perfectly normal, happy child. As far as we are aware, no one can think of any motive. Until the responsible is found, people should be cautious.
I am very distrssed. This is a particularly nasty assult on a defenceless schoolgirl, who had been stabbed 30 times and one to her neck, and left for dead. The teenager was found "covered in blood" after the attack in the park and underwent five hours of surgery. Police have released CCTV images of the monents. A young man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in conncetion with the attack.
